We embrace AI

We embrace AI across the company and treat it as a natural part of the way we work. We encourage our engineers to use their own domain knowledge to build tools and agents that fit their work.

The responsibility stays with the engineer

By handing time-consuming tasks to these tools, we aim to give our people more time for technical assessment. Directing the work, verifying the results and making the engineering decisions remain their responsibility. We expect this approach to improve both individual effectiveness and the quality of work across the company.

Tools we built ourselves

The tools we have built in-house help keep every measurement recorded and traceable.

    Our image-processing tools

    We reviewed every electroluminescence (EL) image of the modules shipped for Sabancı Renewables’ U.S. investment with image-processing tools we developed ourselves.

    Each item recorded on site goes into the app with its location and photo, is assigned an owner and is followed up to closure.
