Independence, impartiality and responsibility are the basis of our professional judgement. Everyone who joins the company signs our code of ethics. We want this shared framework to show in our relationships with clients, with colleagues and with the other parties to a project.

Impartiality
We keep a register of impartiality risks, assess every one, and repeat an inspection if anything is found to have touched its impartiality.
Confidentiality
Everything a client has not made public is confidential; nothing is shared with any third party or used beyond its purpose without written consent.
Independence
We take part in no activity that would conflict with the independence of our judgements, and our people hold no interest in any group or institution we inspect.
