General Qualifications:

- Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering departments of universities,
- They will be able to drive an active vehicle, have no travel barriers and will be able to reside in the project province for the specified periods,
- Able to adapt to out-of-town travel,
Technical Qualifications:
- Competent in reporting and high communication skills,
- To have detailed information about the equipment (solar panel, transformer, panel, construction, inverter, solar cable) that make up the solar power plant,
- To be able to interpret electrical engineering projects, to be able to provide them according to standards, to be able to master the concepts of deduction and deduction,
- enjoy making detailed analysis using integrated programs such as pvX, PVSYST, AutoCad, Google Earth, excel, etc,
- Able to evaluate the suitability of lands for solar energy by thinking in 3D and make detailed production analysis,
- Enjoy reading and interpreting documents (specifications, legislation, IEC Standards, tenders, etc.),
- Knowledge of specification and contract management, able to analyze technical competencies in a project-specific manner,
